You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to two times per booked service. We completely understand that life happens — emergencies and changes are part of it. However, once your time is booked, it’s reserved just for you — and that time is no longer available to someone else who may have needed or wanted it. Out of respect for both your time and ours, we enforce this policy 100%. There is no penalty for rescheduling within our 48-hour notice window, up to two times. Please note: This is a non-refundable policy. In addition we reserve the right to a 15 minute window of a late show we are working on a time based policy and would need your scheduled appointment to be rescheduled in the event of of arriving outside of this time frame. We allow a 15-minute grace period for any scheduled service. If you anticipate being later than that, we reserve the right to either reschedule for the next available business day or cancel the appointment altogether. We are professionals who value your time and ours as well as your trust, and we truly appreciate your continued support.
